Arbitration:
Patricia Kagerer serves on the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Neutral Construction Panel. Her expertise in construction, risk management and insurance as well as her educational background including a Master’s Degree in Dispute Resolution gives her a unique perspective on how to evaluate and decide construction disputes. Patricia also serves as a volunteer Arbitrator for the Dallas Fort Worth Better Business Bureau (BBB)

Mediation:

OSHA representation at informal conferences.
Division of Workers’ Compensation Benefit Review Conference Representation.
Assist clients in reviewing, analyzing and settling claims.
Act as mediator in insurance, risk management, construction and employment disputes.

Negotiation Training Services:
Ms. Kagerer provides full and half day seminars that cover negotiation tactics and strategies, the psychology of conflict, dealing with difficult people and negotiation skills for women. All seminars teach introductory or advances negotiation skills that will improve every aspect of your life both personally and professionally allowing for better decision making and efficient resolution of disputes.
