Claims Management Services
We will directly assist our clients in all claims matters to ensure prompt and fair claim settlements.  We will tailor our service plan to meet your needs.  The best claim management method is to control the exposure before the claim happens, but in our modern work environment claims are going to happen.  Then it is very important to manage the claim to ensure that the insurance company is handling the claim in the most expeditious manner possible.  This service can be provided for all lines of insurance coverage.  We will assist you with the following as you select:

Client Representation Should claim problems arise, we become your advocate.  We will attend hearings.  Our claim specialist will be a strong advocate to ensure the claims are concluded in the most cost efficient manner. We will assist you in determining which claims should be handled internally and which claims should be reported to the insurance company.  This will help control the effect on the Experience Modification Rate and help control the insurance premium level.

Accident Investigation Depending on your needs we will investigate accidents as soon after the accident as possible, take statements, provide training in filling out forms and on line reporting.  We will make sure the drug & alcohol test is done in the appropriate time frame.

Control and Monitoring We maintain our own loss records.  By doing so, we follow up with the carrier until the claim is finalized.  This enables us to ensure prompt and equitable settlements with minimum delay.

Quarterly Reports/Meetings We will provide quarterly Up-Dates on outstanding claims to the appropriate individuals as well as attend claim reviews with the agent/broker and the insurance company.

Claims Review - We will review claims to make sure the insurance company is doing those things it is required to do and to make sure that the claim is handled in a timely manner.   We will work with the insurance claims adjuster to make sure the reserve is set properly and to get the claim closed as soon as practical.

Transitional Duty -We will assist you in setting up light duty or early return to work programs and set up a bonified offer program.

Risk Management Information Service We will work with the carrier to configure loss data contained in the monthly loss reports to fit specific management needs.
